Refund policy

No Returns Policy:

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our watch customisation
    services, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued in the rare event of a clear and
    genuine manufacturing fault.
  • This includes faults confirmed to have occurred due to
    supplier error or during the shipping process.

Refund Procedure:

  • Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of
    the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Once the fault is verified by our team, a full or partial refund
    will be processed at our discretion.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised
    modifications will not be eligible for refunds or claims.
